App and notifications
Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”The dashboard lists every server you can see, with state, players and load, and Start / Restart / Stop right there: only the actions you’re allowed, and stop and restart ask first, so a stray tap doesn’t stop a server.

Install as an app
Section titled “Install as an app”The panel can be installed like an app, with its own icon:
- Android, Chrome: menu → Install app
- iPhone, iPad: Share → Add to Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or newer)
Data always comes live from the panel; only the app itself is stored on the device.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Account → Notifications → Turn on for this device, on each phone or computer that should get them. Then choose which ones:
| Notification | When |
|---|---|
| Server went down | a crash, or the node stopped it (e.g. at the disk limit); not when someone stopped it in the panel |
| Install or update failed | |
| Steam Guard | a code or an app confirmation is needed |
A tap opens the server’s (or Steam account’s) page. Send a test checks a device.
How they are sent
Section titled “How they are sent”With Web Push: the panel encrypts every message for the device and hands it to the browser’s push service (Google, Mozilla, Apple). Devices that turned notifications off are removed automatically.
On homelab installations, a self-hosted push service on the local network (e.g. UnifiedPush with ntfy) works too; hosting installations only talk to public push services.
